We only pressure wash surfaces that are safe to wash with high pressure. These surfaces include concrete driveways, decks, certain fencing and in some instances, brick.

Generally it’s good to soft wash your home every 1 to 2 years. For shingle roofs it is recommended approximately  every 5 years. This can vary depending on your location. For example, a house in the woods with more shade and tree cover may require it more often than another house in a more open location.

Our pressure washing and soft wash service pricing is determined by the area needing to be cleaned. Houses, fences, gutters, and other structures are priced by the linear foot. Decks, patios, driveways, and roofs are priced by square foot. We do have a minimum price in place of $250.

It’s important to clear any furniture, decorations, or vehicles from the areas to be pressure washed. Additionally, ensure that any pets are secured and away from the work area. Can anyone really tell you for sure when your mold or algae will begin to reappear? HOWEVER, we do offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee! That means when we are finished with your pressure washing project, we will meet or exceed the expectations that we have set with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you aren’t, we will do our best to make it right. If we can’t, we will refund you 110% of the cost for that service.

Nope! It’s not necessary for you to be home during the service. However, it’s important to communicate any specific concerns or areas that need attention to us before we begin.
